Once again I got a side ache at the first hlf mile but this time IDK why since I didn't drink any water right before. Going slower did help my breathing I probably could have ran further but I decided not to push it to hard. Burned 270 calories today so not bad.
Wed, 12 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Tue, Jun 11, 2019 http://Akline.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-11-2019.html
splits:

1 mile: 9m 01s

0.5 mile: 4m 48s

overall run: 1.5 miles

Time: 13m 49s

Overall run was good ran at a comfortable pace but again got a side ache at the first half mile point. Pushed through this run and was able to finally run 1.5 miles without stopping. I thought I kept a decent pace for the most part and was satisfied to run what I ran. Progress is real.
Tue, 11 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Wed, Jun 05, 2019 http://Akline.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-05-2019.html
Worst run I had yet. I had a side ache the whole time and had to stop at 1.1 miles which is where I clocked in at 10 m 04s. My first mile was slower at 9m 06s today. I stopped and walked after running 1.1 miles for 2-3 min. After that I finished up and ran another 0.33 miles in 2m 51s. The good thing about this whole run was I got the mileage I wanted thats whats important.
Wed, 05 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Tue, Jun 04, 2019 http://Akline.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-04-2019.html
Stomach hurt this morning as I ran and I ended up clocking in at 8m 42s for mile 1 so it was a little too fast to start. Legs did hurt and my right foot fell asleep after. However, I did manage to run 1.43 miles total which is the farthest I have ran in 2 years so I am proud of that.
Tue, 04 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Mon, Jun 03, 2019 http://Akline.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-03-2019.html
I went a little faster than yesterday. I clocked in at 8m 52s for mile one. I felt a little heavy in my body and my legs were sore. But I was able to make it and pushed through. It was an overall good run but hard.
Mon, 03 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Sun, Jun 02, 2019 http://Akline.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-02-2019.html
I took this run at an easy comfortable pace. I clocked in at 9m 10s for mile one. legs felt better breathing was decent and my shoes are feeling better. Still a little pain afterwards but man did I improve on endurance. It feels good to improve. Overall ran 1.4 miles in 13m 07s at a 9m 23s mile pace. I'm getting better everyday as I couldn't even run a mile back in February.
Sun, 02 Jun 2019 06:00:00
